Symptoms

After following a process to import Third Party Accounts associated with Involuntary Deductions successfully and when attempting to load Involuntary Deductions using the Calculation Card HDL file via sample syntax below

the following error occurs

ERROR

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: Order Amount Payee is not in the list of values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Import Third Party Accounts associated with Involuntary Deductions successfully
  2. Attempt to to load Involuntary Deductions via the Calculation Card HDL file
  3. Encounter the error message above
