Fusion Global HR: Descriptive Flexfield Table Lookup Values Are Not Translated Correctly In the UI (Doc ID 3054521.1)

The LOV of a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) displays the incorrect translation to end users.
The DFF's Value Set pulls it's values from a custom common lookup.
   For example:
    - Validation Type = "Table"
    - Data Type = "Character"
    - From Clause = "fnd_lookup values"

b. The lookup values have been translated for each language via the Manage Common Lookups task.
