On : 11.13.24.04.0 version, Lead Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Source field is marked as required on create layout but not showing as required

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Source field should show as required on create lead layout

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Sales Lead
2. Make Source field as required on lead layout level

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see source field as required.
