Symptoms
OTM / GTM Customers have the below observation when they are trying to sort a column in Finder Set or Screenset Result.
Upon searching data in Screenset/Finder Set from User's login they are trying to sort the data by clicking on the Column Name/Heading, here observed that :
- The data/records are getting sorted and displayed with respect to the first digits of the field values on the column
- Like, if there are 5 records in the column with values as : 0.123, 2.123, 1.123, 18.123 and 3.123, then the values are getting sorted in order of: 0.123, 1.123, 18.123, 2.123 and 3.123, when trying to sort in ascending order
- Expectation is to get the data sorted per their values i.e. as : 0.123, 1.123, 2.123, 3.123 and 18.123, when trying to sort in ascending order
