ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deliverable instances are not generating after contract is active
For repeating deliverables, after contract activation, no deliverables instances generated in Manage Deliverables task. One time deliverable instances are generated successfully.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For repeating deliverables, the instances should be generated post contract activation in manage deliverables task to be able to processed by respective representative.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract
2. Create repetitive deliverable
3. Activate contract
