Excel Import Does Not Recognize The Translated Value For Data Elements Included In Dynamic Data Sets (DDS) (Doc ID 3054927.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import Business Process (BP) records by excel in Non-English language environment, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid value for <DE Name>.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Non-English language preference environment.
  2. Export BP excel template and populate the required values with translated values.
  3. Import the template.
  4. Error is displayed in the error log on the related DDS fields.
