Unable To Download Folders From Document Manager After Upgrading To Version 24.7 (Doc ID 3054929.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are unable to download folders from Document Manager even though the users have the appropriate permissions and it was working as expected before upgrading.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the folders can be downloaded successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to open Project > Document Manager> Select the target folder.
  3. Click Gear icon to download the folder->No response.
