Unable to Edit the Text Field and Barcode in Label Designer After 24C.10M Upgrade

Symptoms
Label Designer issues while configuring blind container/blind label/IB Pallet label.
Multiple issues were noticed, as mentioned below:
Select Label type: Blind Container - blindcontainer.lbl .
click on Text Box button, Text box gets added but not able to do any changes to the added text box.
On selecting the added text it shows: Changes made auto saved. Also creating new Label from Standard Label, the new label is loaded correctly.
But when trying to add a new text box throws an error >> "invalid literal for int() with base 10:'null'" and not getting added to the list of available Label/Document list immediately after it is created
Also saving the label errors with error: Not found 404
