Symptoms
When a learner attempts to submit answers for an assessment, the are unable to, and receive an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Me -> Learning -> Current learning -> Start the activity where the assessment is attached.
- Click to submit the assessment.
- Error message is returned and assessment is not submitted.
