Goal

On : NA version, Environment

Can't cancel batch jobs in PROD, TEST & TEST01

users in group CMMDMBATCH have Add, Cancel, Change, Inquire, Queue on application service CILZRBPP (batch job submission), however they are not able to cancel batch jobs. Users will receive error message 'User is not authorized to access the script Cancel Batch Job.

When this occurs user must contact someone having previlage to cancel the job. This results in batch delay and additional overtime expense.
