Symptoms

Problem:

Recruiting Activity Center is showing Job Applications that have been filled. In the Activity column, the "Candidate needs to provide more information" is visible because the candidates have been sent RMI notifications.

Steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting Activity Center
2. See that there are some activities appearing for filled requisitions and processed candidates
