Symptoms
Following the 24D upgrade, the Autoprovision Responsibilities ESS job is not creating the AORs based on the Template Criteria or Scope specified in the template. The job is also inactivating existing AORs that do fall into the criteria set in the template.
The issue occurs when the template is created with Attribute Name in Responsibility Scope as Hierarchy Type and Hierarchy Type is Organization Hierarchy, Position Hierarchy or Supervisor Hierarchy. The issue does not occur with Department Hierarchy.
