Symptoms
On FTPCS 24.06.02 version, an error is displayed while trying to save after editing the Add-On rate rule.

Steps To Replicate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new add-on rate rule with formula based method range based and add 5 or 6 formula
2. After that edit the rule by deleting 1 or 2 rows.
3. Try to save the Add-On rule after editing the rule.
