ENH REQ: Transfer Shipment BOL Should Display Dispatch User (Doc ID 3055518.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transfer Shipment BOL print out shows the Create date and Create User in the header but this should show the Dispatch Date and Dispatch User.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Transfer Shipment
2. Save in-progress
3. Use different user to dispatch shipment
4. Select Print footer menu from Transfer Shipment items screen
5. Select Transfer Shipment BOL
6. Select Print
The Transfer Shipment BOL shows create date and create user in the header and NOT the dispatch date and dispatch user which would be expected.
