Credit Memo Is Not Automatically Created After Dispute Is Approved (Doc ID 3055648.1)

Symptoms

Once a dispute is approved, the credit memo is not automatically created. Instead, the following message is displayed in the credit memo request screen: Credit Memo API creation failed. You must create a credit memo manually to complete the workflow.
