Symptoms


When attempting to access VBS from Performance Process Flows, the user cannot access it. The following error occurs.


STEPS

1. My Client Groups>Performance>Performance Process Flows>Create or edit existing flow
2. Click upper right > Edit in VBS
3. VBS opens, page spins, and receives an Error in the REST response
