Symptoms

After the transition to 'Enhanced UK Statutory Absence Solution', the 'Linked absence' tab is disabled for all the employees and cases are also not created for those employees.

  1. Access the application as Admin
  2. Check the transition date which was provided for the 'Enhanced UK Statutory Absence Solution'
  3. Add Sickness absence with start date before the transition date
  4. Check Absence Administration page and observe that 'Linked absence' tab is disabled.
