Symptoms
Queries on the PDC in the environment have been experiencing timeouts consistently.
The issue emerged suddenly, as queries were functional previously.
Chaincode logs indicate the queries are executed but with a significant delay, leading to timeouts at the REST layer.
The PDC state database contains only a small number of records, which makes the delay unexpected.
