OTM Damage Claim Remark Text for Qualifier "URL" is NOT Displayed as Hyperlink in View Mode (Doc ID 3055949.1)

Symptoms

For the object Damage Claim, when used the Remark Qualifier "URL", the remark text is coming in normal text and not as hyperlink when viewed in View mode. In Edit mode, this is coming as hyperlink.

Expectation is to see the Damage Claim remark text for qualifier "URL" always as Hyperlink irrespective of view or edit mode.
