Can the column ACCRUED_INTEREST be used for all adjustable types (fixed, adjustable, floating) by the Cloud Service Cash Flow Engine (CFE)?

Note: In the 'On Prem' cash flow engine, ACCRUED_INTEREST is not used for fixed rate records.
