ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BDI_PRICING_PC_TX_JOB is failing due to status=500, reason=Internal Server Error}} - Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Job should complete and send messages to Process Flow Admin Console - Process Name "ProcessChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMSTo_External
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a price change in RPM.
2. Trigger the BDI_PRICING_PC_TX_JOB in POM to publish the price change.
3. No data set is generated.
4. Login to RMS BATCH JOB.
5. Confirm the process has errored.
