Question About DCS and registration request

Is there any way to send a notification to X user to alert that a customer has requested registration in DCS?

When a customer register in DCS , admin wants notification for approval/rejection when customer user just registered in Self service registration portal. Is it possible to send a email to alert that there is a registration request pending ?
