Symptoms

Issue :

Termination Transaction gets failed on Approval.

Below error is noticed in the Log file.

Error :

Issue Description : JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowAlreadyDeletedException, msg=JBO-25019: Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[3000018087XXXXX 2024-10-10 4712-12-31 1 Y ] is not found in ManagerAssignmentsMDEO.
Resolution : Contact Oracle Support with the detailed diagnostic log fault message and request them to work with Termination product area team to resolve this issue.
