Symptoms
Employee Termination is not getting processed and transaction is stuck in "In Progress" status post final approval.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.(n) My Client Groups -> Person Management -> Search by Person Number
2. Select the employee -> go to Personal and Employment -> Work Relationship -> Terminate Work Relationship
3. Provide details about termination -> Submit
4. Go to Transaction Console -> find transaction -> under Approval history is Approved by Workflow System but status is In Progress
