Symptoms

When trying to migrate getting following error:

* Addition of object (type 'Menu Items' - name '') failed.
Fatal database error: Error inserting primary Key = XXXXXXXXX into bm_menu_item: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("BM_SITEID"."BM_MENU_ITEM"."ITEM_VALUE")
