requesting the privilege or resource to access the Fusion HCM REST API Costing endpoint, no such documentation exists via https://docs.oracle.com/ -> click on the Human Resources link under Cloud Applications -> click on the APIs and Schema link -> click on REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM link -> expand the Authorize link -> expand the Payroll link -> observe that there's no details on how to access the Costing collection or endpoint
