Item Messages Are Not Flowing/Arriving To USM from MFCS

Goal
Item descriptions are updated in MFCS so the items travel/flow through RIB-RMS -> RIB-TAFR -> RIB-LGF -> USM, but not all the item messages are arriving to LogFire/Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS) through USM.
Some items do flow through without a problem.
These messages are not in RIHA.
This is causing issues receiving purchase orders (receipt of goods in our distribution centers).
