ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After an initial Salary record is loaded for new hires via the Salary HDL file and when additional Salary records are loaded to update the Salary Amount or to extend the end date to the end of time via sample syntax below

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The load of the updated Salary HDL file should update the existing and not create new Salary records for the existing employees

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load an initial Salary HDL file well successfully
2. Load another Salary HDL file with intent to update the Salary Amount or update the end date of existing records
3. Observe that two Salary records which overlap; this in turn causes issues where users are not able to access the employee's Salary details within the Fusion HCM UI
4. Load a follow-up Salary HDL file to purge the newly-created record
