Symptoms
When attempting to perform a Transfer transaction for one person the transaction goes into error
BPEL_TASK_30082
An attribute in the ABCDEF rule has a null value.
Ensure that a value is entered for the mandatory attribute used in the rule configuration or add a not null condition for this attribute.
Error from the Transaction Fault Payload as below:

1. (N) My Client Groups ->Create a Transfer transaction
2. Submit for approval
3. Transaction ends in error
