Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Despite enabling Absence Donations by adding the ORA_ANC_DONATIONS_VCBS_UI_ENABLED Profile Option Code and Profile Level Site and Profile Value Y as part of the Manage Administrative Profile Values task from Setup & Maintenance, on the Time And Absences task as part of the Responsive UI or RUI via Home->Me->Time and Absences, the Donation tile is missing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After enabling this functionality, the Donation tile should be present

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add the ORA_ANC_DONATIONS_VCBS_UI_ENABLED Profile Option Code and Profile Level Site and Profile Value Y as part of the Manage Administrative Profile Values task from Setup & Maintenance
  2. Navigate to Home->Me->Time and Absences
  3. Observe that the Donations tile is missing
