PrmPrcChg Family Messages Consumed and Fail in SIOCS MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE (Doc ID 3057067.1)

Symptoms

SIOCS consumes messages from MultiBuyPromoDel Message Type into MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE.

PrmPrcChg Family - Message Types (MultiBuyPromoCre, MultiBuyPromoMod, MultiBuyPromoDel)

This is causing the server to become unstable and see below error:

", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "3,000" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace:
