Fusion SCM INV: Error "Index 0 out of bounds for length 0" When Creating Miscellaneous Transactions, Account Alias Receipt or Put-Away (Doc ID 3057093.1)

Symptoms

Cannot create Miscellaneous Transaction (Account Alias Receipt) or any Put-Away, the following Error occurs after submitting the transaction 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create Miscellaneous Transactions
2) Transaction Type: Account Alias Receipt
3) Use Current Cost: Yes
4) Source: Conversion

5) Click Add, and enter:
  5a) Item Number: A1
  5b) Subinventory: MST
  5c) UOM Name: Gram
  5d) Quantity: 453,592.37
  5e) Secondary UOM:
  5f) Secondary Quantity: 1,000 (Using Standard Conversion)
  5g) Lot: L20241030
  5h) Expiration Date: 10/30/25

6) Click OK
7) Click Submit
