Purpose
The process outlined below will guide the Oracle Base Database Service Customers through collecting diagnostic data from their Database Node/ VM, which will help the Support to narrow down the cause of the Node reboot.
Please note that Support may also request data collection from the internal Cloud Operations team for the analysis.
Scope

- Identify the diagnostic data to collect when encountering an issue.
