Symptoms

Process Electronic Bank Statements ESS job ends in warning status, even though statement is imported successfully.

System throws warning message about total credit/debit entries from header (line 03/88) not matching the total credit/debit entries processed from the lines (line 16/88).


WARNING [CR_ENTRIES_DONT_MATCH], Statement_Header_Id[xxx], [The total number of credit type statement lines of x doesn't match with the one reported on the header of y.]

OR / AND

WARNING [DR_ENTRIES_DONT_MATCH], Statement_Header_Id[aaa], [The total number of debit type statement lines x doesn't match with the one reported on the header y.]
