Symptoms

 Redwood Some Requisitions are stale with an Object1 error.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Create RSSP Requisition
2. Requisition is showing an Object1 error
3. Preparer is unable to take any action on such requisitions
4. Some issue requisitions is not visible to preparer.
