When an Admin App User Tries to Remove a User Group from Their User Profile, after Save an Error Occurs "Unable to Save Changes - PRM-000000041"

 

STEPS
-------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to OPC
  2. Global Admin > Users
  3. Select impacted User Name > Edit User Details
  4. Attempt to Remove assigned Users Group
  5. Result: Error Code 000000041
