Receiving An Error When Modifying Through REST API The Start And End Dates Of An Included Warranty Active Subscription But Not When Doing It Through Mass Update (Doc ID 3057480.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, REST/Web Services

When attempting to update the duplicate subscriptions' start/end dates through REST API
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: You must check if the startdate and enddate of child entities are within range of the Subscription.oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Take a subscription with an included warranty in Active status.
2. Try to modify via REST API the Start and End Date of that subscription.
3. Receive the above-mentioned error.
4. Go to the UI and search for that same subscription. Click the Actions button and select Update
5. Select the subscription > select the values that you are going to modify, in this case, StartDate and EndDate > set the values in this case 01/01/21 for both.
6. Click Submit (The process will run)
7. Check the Subscription to see the dates modified to 01/01/21.
