OAC REST API For 'Create Snapshot' Not Copying Bar File to Folder "Invalid Password" (Doc ID 3057496.1)

Symptoms

You are not seeing the snapshot.bar file in the object storage bucket after attempting to create using the REST API command.  The REST API finished with a 202 code. 

1.  You have confirmed all requirements are met per:

Manage Snapshots Using REST APIs

2.  You have confirmed your script follows the documented example from

Create a snapshot
