Back to Back Buy Sales Order Line Status showing In Requisition even Purchase Order got created and Reservation step in Supply Order Orchestration is not starting

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Back to Back Sales Order and progress it
2. Requisition and Purchase Order got created
3. Supply Order Line is showing In Requisition instead of In Purchasing and Reservation step is not triggering.
