ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
File download via hosted plugin not working in mobile app

The download of the files works correctly when the user accesses them through a web browser, but does not happen when accessed through the OFSC app.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The downloaded files should be visible via the mobile app.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the mobile app
2. Open an activity with attachments
3. Click the view file plugin button, and the pop-up appears to start download, but the file never opens.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the necessary files when using the mobile app.
