Symptoms

When attempting to add Item to a Store Order on SOCS Jet Mobile, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The item cannot be entered


Steps to Reproduce:


1. Log into SOCS Jet Mobile
2. Select Inv Management > Store Orders
3. Select Create New
4. Enter Description and Request Date > Create
5. Enter or Scan Item

The Item cannot be ordered,
