OK-GEN0003 Error appears when opening the detail page of a Service Request (Doc ID 3057948.1)

Goal

When your agents access a Service Center SR the "Error Exception during RestAction" message appears.

When reviewing the browser requests in a captured har file show the following message:

Why is this OK-GEN0003 error appearing in the har file? Why is there an error when opening the detail screen of a Service Request?
