Messages added from derivation rules as result of adding another message manually do not persist in the claimLines once the claim is Finalized
The situation happens in the Derivation Rules applied in the EndBenefits step when the derivation rules must add a message to the claimLine as a result of having manually added another message to that line.  Once the claim gets the Finalized status the messages disappear from the claimLines.
The expected result is the claimLine messages persists, i.e.they remain stored and are visible in the lines once the claim is Finalized.
