ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A user has cancelled internal activities even though his user type does not have permissions to do so.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should not be able to execute actions they don't have permission to.
STEPS
-----------------------
In some cases, a user cancels his internal activity - which is mass and repeating - and it triggers cancellation of all other instances of the repeating activity.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: a user without permissions may be able to perform unauthorized actions. Needs to be clarified what/how this happened.
