ORA-01403 Error In Post Mass Additions job (Doc ID 3058260.1)

Symptoms

When multiple users create assets from the spreadsheet (ADFDI) at the same time, the following error sometimes occurs in the Post Mass Additions job.

A row from the FA_CATEGORIES table for category ID couldn't be retrieved.

ORA-01403: no data found

The mass addition ID xxxxxxxxxx failed.

Steps
======
1. (User-A) Create 1000 assets for BOOK-01 in spreadsheet(ADFDI) and do "Post"
--> Each 100 assets data are inserted into FA_MASS_ADDITIONS table and committed in DB. After all data are committed, "Prepare Assets Transaction Data" job will be submitted.

2. (User-B) Create a asset for BOOK-01 in spreadsheet(ADFDI) and do "Post"
--> The data is inserted into FA_MASS_ADDITIONS table and committed.
--> The "Prepare Assets Transaction Data" job is submitted.
--> The "Post Mass Additions" job is submitted.

If the "Prepare Assets Transaction Data" job of User-A is not submitted yet when the "Post Mass Additions" job of User-B is submitted, the job "Post Mass Additions" picks the data of User-A. However, the category_id of the picked data is not set yet. So, the above error occurs.
