User Application Access Is Not Displayed in Primavera Administration after an Environment Refresh (Doc ID 3058343.1)

Symptoms

After performing a database refresh from a source Primavera P6 EPPM environment to a target environment, users from the source environment gain access to the target environment. However Primavera Administration does not display application access for the target environment for any users.

Despite the lack of visibility in Primavera Administration, users can still log in to the target environment via P6 Professional as if they have access.
