Goal

On : 24.1 version, Inventory Management

It was possible to create an inventory adjustment for a past date and it shouldn't be.

Steps to recreate:
--------------------
Tested on: 06-NOV-2024
1. Open EICS -> Inventory Management -> Inventory Adjustment -> Create a new one
2. Click in Edit Info
3. Enter the date 01-NOV-2024 and apply
4. Confirm the Inventory Adjustment

Result: It was possible to create an inventory adjustment for a past date.
