RPAS Cloud: Why Is OAT Administration Dashboard Showing "Execute batch set - XXX_JOB for RPAS_TODAY default"? (Doc ID 3058374.1)

Goal

The application job appeared to run in POM but did not successfully run in OAT. The Administration Dashboard shows the following:

For example:
Review OAT Administration Dashboard - change the filter to Batch Tasks submitted by POM and Last 3 Days
Review the jobs Description:
Execute batch set - IPO_PRE_DATA_IMP_OBS_D for RPAS_TODAY 20241021 >>> this POM job has the RPAS_TODAY set
Execute batch set - MFP_POST_EXP_OBS_W for RPAS_TODAY default >>> this POM job does not have RPAS_TODAY set

The MFP Job log shows "eebatch_common/ee_check_today[1285] - No environment value or pds property value for RPAS_TODAY is detected."
The IPO Job log shows "eebatch_common/ee_check_today[1266] - RPAS_TODAY value '20241021' is in use"
