Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users can move resources to a part of the resource hierarchy they do not have access to.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect users to only be able to move resources to parts of the hierarchy they have access to.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Pro
  2. View resources
  3. Move resource to the left, to an area where they do not have access to
  4. Save changes and refresh. Resource is no longer listed as it belongs to a part of the hierarchy where the user does not have access to.
