Generate Token Returns Error "400 Bad Request" When Generating a Token in Unifier DocuSign Initial Setup (Doc ID 3058527.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Demo DocuSign E-Signature Connection in Unifier, and clicking on the Generate Token button, the following error occurs:

400 Bad Request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Unifier, navigate to Company Workspace > General.
  2. Select eSignatures -> DocuSign.
  3. Configure and try to generate a token.
  4. The reported error occurs.
